Mini ALMA Glass Blocks by Karin Barr (1)

A playful take on building blocks, these sculptural glass blocks can be arranged as you please. You be the artist! Reminiscent of sailing boats when placed as shown, they can be re-arranged however you fancy. The work comprises of 3 glass blocks cut from Reichenbach 40% crystal and the name ALMA is in tribute to Alma Siedhoff-Buscher, Bauhaus designer and craft’s woman who designed an original wooden block set for children.
